Group Classes
At this time, I am not taking on any new group class clients as I am on maternity leave. Thank you for your understanding.

Classes are at my home studio in Frome, Somerset so group sizes are kept small (6 max indoors, 8 max if we can be in the garden) to tailor to each client's needs.
​
They are an hour long and focus on all areas of the body, strengthening and stretching you out from head to toe. I'll provide all the equipment, including mats, just come wearing something comfy!

Full schedule:
Mondays 5:15-6:15pm - Healthy Backs

Feeling creaky? Got back pain? While all Pilates is good for this, the Healthy Backs classes are specifically designed to support a healthy back.

Pregnancy Class
Please note I no longer run a pregnancy (prenatal / antenatal) class.
​
I do still provide a fully online 6 week postnatal course that can be done flexibly at your own pace.
​
The breathwork and pelvic floor exercises are beneficial for toning the pelvic area even before birth, so please feel free to check it out. The first week is free to trial.
